What is your mission?

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships to ensure the successful placement of candidates. This role requires a blend of client management, sales, and recruitment expertise to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

What you will do:

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
  • Guide new clients through the recruitment process during onboarding
  • Schedule meetings and send regular updates to track recruitment progress and priorities
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address issues promptly to maintain strong relationships
  • Conduct calibration meetings to fully understand client needs and hiring requirements
  • Resolve client concerns quickly to minimize disruptions in the hiring process

2. Sales and Candidate Promotion

  • Assess client needs and tailor recruitment pitches accordingly
  • Present candidate profiles effectively, highlighting strengths, skills, and cultural fit
  • Clearly communicate each candidate's value proposition in alignment with client requirements
  • Provide clients with information that supports quick, confident hiring decisions
  • Address client objections by offering reassurances, feedback, and additional insights

3. Recruitment Project Management

  • Partner with recruitment leaders to create detailed recruitment project plans with clear timelines and milestones
  • Use Gantt charts and sprint monitoring to track role-by-role recruitment progress
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to meet deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as resource gaps or candidate shortages
  • Hold regular client review meetings to update on campaign status and adjust plans as needed

4. Recruitment Strategy and Execution

  • Conduct market analysis on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
  • Partner with recruitment leaders to optimize candidate experience from application to hire
  • Ensure candidate matching based on both technical qualifications and cultural alignment
  • Manage interview scheduling, preparation, and smooth communication between clients and candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Account Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices
  • Experience in project management, including planning, sprint monitoring, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment software
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and provide insights
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
