2. Job Description

We are seeking a
Field Service Team Leader
to lead and manage our team of service technicians responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of our products at customer sites. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field service technicians, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to ensure service quality and safety compliance.
  • Plan and allocate service schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring professional resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor spare parts usage and support inventory control for service operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular service reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to after-sales service policies and standard operating procedures.

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or related field.
  • At least
    3–5 years of experience
    in field service or technical service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance of home appliances or related machinery.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
