The Support Business Unit is dedicated to helping clients expand and strengthen their support and back-office teams. We provides skilled professionals across a wide range of functions, including Amazon Support, Customer Support, Technical Support, Non-Voice Agents, Virtual Assistants, and Accountants.

The Support BU ensures clients can scale their operations efficiently by delivering high-quality, reliable, workforce solutions tailored to their business needs.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Placement Supervisor (PS) at CoDev is responsible for understanding customer needs, endorsing highly qualified candidates, facilitating client interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role focuses on quality communication, efficient placements, and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the PS manages job offer extensions and ensures successful onboarding by guiding candidates and clients from evaluation to hiring decisions to successfully fill job openings.

FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Understanding Customer Needs

  • Engage with customers to gather detailed information about job requirements and preferences.
  • Initiate and facilitate kick-off meetings, discovery calls, and catch-up calls (as needed).
  • Provide timely updates to customers on the progress of candidate searches and placement.
  • Negotiate job requirements as needed to facilitate smooth endorsements and interviews.

Endorse Highly Qualified Candidates to Fill Job Openings

  • Review and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Utilize AI tools to ensure quality and relevant candidate-to-job opening endorsements are done.
  • Endorse only top-tier candidates to maximize the likelihood of successful placements.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to refine sourcing efforts based on feedback from endorsements.
  • Suggest and coordinate client-specific assessments and specific preferences when applicable.

Customer Interview Satisfaction

  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience during interviews through effective communication and preparation.
  • Solicit and act on feedback from customers regarding their satisfaction with endorsed candidates and interview processes.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance the overall hiring experience.

Facilitate and Document Client/Candidate Interviews

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between customers and candidates, ensuring timely communication.
  • Provide customers and candidates with guidance and support to facilitate smooth interview experiences.
  • Document key details from interviews, including feedback from both parties.

Strategic Approach to Fulfilling Job Openings

  • Develop and implement strategies to fill job openings quickly and with high-quality candidates that meet the customers' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate and recalibrate (as needed) with AEs, CSMs, Recruiters, and tech SMEs to refine job opening requirements and candidate profiles to match the customers' expectations

Extend and Manage Job Offer Acceptance

  • Work with clients and/or AEs/CSMS to finalize job offers and ensure they are competitive and aligned with candidate expectations.
  • Take charge of extending job offers and ensuring a high acceptance rate.
  • Communicate offers to candidates and address any questions or concerns
  • Ensure timely signing of all job offer-related documents by new hires.
  • Coordinate probationary contract discussions with HR and secure a schedule when HR is unavailable.
  • Ensure proper and timely documentation is done along with updates to stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in documenting interview outcomes, managing offer details and other transactions we have with our stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled at addressing and resolving issues during the placement process.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple job openings, candidates, and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating job requirements up to job offers to meet both candidate and client expectations.
