Sales Specialist

On-Site, Day Shift

We're looking for driven and experienced Sales Specialists to join our team supporting clients in Australia. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently and professionally, and promoting products or services to achieve sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads or promote services
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets
  • Accurately update customer information using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Graduate of any 4-year Course
  • At least 6 months of experience handling Australian accounts
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound sales
  • At least 3 years of total BPO experience
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on an early morning shift
