The
ideal candidate
will provide top-level administrative support to the Officer-In-Charge of RLC Residences. The
Executive Assistant
must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. This role requires someone who can quickly learn, multitask effectively, and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the OIC's calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist in preparing materials, documents, and presentations for meetings
  • Draft and respond to correspondence, emails, and document requests on behalf of the OIC
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and slides as needed
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements for executive activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Preferably with experience in administration or executive support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fast learner, able to multitask, and quick to adapt to changes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be professional, resourceful, and possess a strong personality
