The Role

Smart Suites is looking for a detail-driven Listing Coordinator to ensure our online property listings remain accurate, compelling, and high-performing across all platforms.

Working remotely from the Philippines, you'll manage data entry, optimize listing content, organize property photos, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure guests receive a seamless, trustworthy booking experience.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structured work, documentation, and improving digital content.


What You'll Do
  • Publish, update, and optimize listings on Airbnb, , VRBO, and our direct booking site
  • Maintain accurate pricing, availability, amenities, and photos across all platforms
  • Organize and quality-check property images and content
  • Conduct data scrubbing and assist with listing audits
  • Generate internal reports on occupancy, performance, and content accuracy
  • Coordinate with cleaning, operations, and logistics teams to ensure real-time listing accuracy
  • Support general administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For
  • 3–4 years' experience in data entry, content management, e-commerce, admin, or listing operations
  • Familiarity with Airbnb, , or other OTA systems is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and digital content tools
  • Organised, analytical, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Team-oriented and aligned with Smart Suites' values (COCHET)

Engagement Details
  • Type: Independent contractor (PH offshore)
  • Compensation: AUD 1,000 – 1,200/month
  • Schedule: Full-time, AU shift (flexible)
  • Time Tracking: All contractors use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking

This ensures smooth collaboration, accuracy, and transparent work monitoring.


Selection Process

Initial Discussion /Interview (30 to 45 minutes)

An initial conversation to learn about your background, experience, and professional goals. You'll also have the chance to ask questions about the engagement and the client.

Technical Live Assessment (60 to 90 minutes)

This stage evaluates your practical capabilities in sales outreach, lead qualification, and virtual negotiations, using real-world scenarios relevant to the scope of services.

Behavioral Interview (60 minutes)

Focuses on your communication style, cultural alignment, and how you build trust and relationships in a remote business environment.

Pre-Engagement Steps minutes)

  • IT Audit: To ensure compliance with technology standards and security protocols.

  • Reference Check: We will contact your provided professional references to verify your history and capabilities.

  • Meet the Founder (30 to 60 minutes): A welcoming conversation where you'll connect directly with the company's founder.
