The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring
  • Responsible for truck schedule, callouts and execution
  • Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and other stakeholders for execution of route assignments
  • Monitor truck whereabouts based on scheduled routes
  • Execute optimized route schedules considering distance, time and requirements
  • Execute simulations and models for productivity improvement
  • Responsible for key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
  • Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly review of truck attendance
  • Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transportation logistics; focus on linehaul operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Suites
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and real-time tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
