We are looking for a Customer Success Support Associate to join our team in the Philippines. This is a junior role ideal for someone who is passionate about customer success operations and eager to grow their career in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients experience the highest level of support and engagement, acting as a voice of the customer and helping to drive adoption of SeeMeSOL's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for customer success activities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, identifying needs, and escalating feedback to improve offerings.
  • Drive customer value and adoption through proactive engagement and support.
  • Assist in onboarding, troubleshooting, and responding to customer queries.
  • Create simple content (FAQs, guides, support notes) to help customers get the most out of our products.
  • Support reporting, data management, and documentation to ensure smooth processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver customer success outcomes.
