Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Essential

• Experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in engineering or mining sectors.

• Australian Construction preferred

•Mechanical Engineer or related degree/certification

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate

clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Proactive, solution-driven approach.

Desirable

• Knowledge of weighing systems, conveyors, or mechanical components.

• Familiarity with QA processes.

• Proficiency in project/ERP systems (e.g., Simpro, MS Project).

What will you do?

Project Coordination & Support

• Assist with daily project execution and coordination.

• Transform data from sales handover to GA approval stages.

• Assist in Zoho actions.

Procurement & Inventory

• Manage procurement, and requisitions.

• Coordinate purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Customer & Supplier Liaison

• Serve as a secondary contact for customer updates and scheduling.

Quality & Compliance

• Assist in QA documentation and drawing verification.

System & Documentation

• Maintain project records in Simpro, OneDrive, or similar platforms.

• Set up project folders and organise relevant sheets.

• Assist with the engineering inbox.

• Ensure accurate documentation of job packs and compliance files.

• Keep Simpro current with uploaded documentation.

• Organise job pack collation for customers, including Excel and configurator sheets.

• Prepare tender documentation and MDR setup.
