JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Licensed is an advantage but not required
  • With strong background in QA/QC works
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Can interpret mechanical, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary plans
  • Able to quantify requirements related to mechanical plans
  • Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
  • FREE LODGING

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create detailed designs and specifications for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services.
  • Ensure that all mechanical designs and installations adhere to local building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
  • Oversee the mechanical aspects of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Review, analyze & evaluate proposals submitted by sub-contractors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
