Your Role
As a
Mechanical Design Engineer
, you will:

  • Projects: Planning, development, and execution of engineering projects from concept through to production. Ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget.
  • Design and Innovation: Design of new products and the refinement of existing ones. Encourage innovation and ensure that design practices adhere to the highest industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Manufacturing and Sales, to ensure product designs are feasible and align with customer and market needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and streamline design processes.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering design principles.
  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and engineering standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
