Area Operations Officer

  • Monitor and support the operations of multiple branches/offices in the assigned area
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities to meet performance goals
  • Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality
  • Identify and escalate operational issues or risks, and recommend solutions
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, performance metrics, and analysis to the President
  • Train, guide, and support branch-level staff on operational procedures and tools
  • Help implement new systems or process changes across locations
  • Monitor inventory levels, supply needs, and resource allocation in coordination with local teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
