Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Manager, Public Area. The role is located on-site in Quezon City. The
Manager, Public Area
will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, managing a team of housekeeping staff, inspecting work to ensure standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facility management, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • At least 5years experience as a manager in the same capacity
  • Computer literate and well acquainted with Microsoft office programs; Knowledge of Property Management Systems is an advantage
