Key Responsibilities:

Create & implement Production Process and Food Safety Manuals

Monitor production operations and ensure compliance with standards

Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams

Schedule production and delivery timelines

Oversee maintenance of production equipment

Manage and train production staff

Ensure food safety and proper storage of materials

Prepare reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications:

Experience in food production or commissary operations

Strong leadership & organizational skills

Knowledge in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
