Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Writer/Researcher to support our livestream and event coverage productions. The role involves crafting engaging scripts, host spiels, and program flow while also conducting background research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, a strong grasp of audience engagement, and the ability to turn research into entertaining, on-brand storytelling for livestream and event platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Scripting

  • Develop scripts, talking points, and host spiels for livestreams, activations, and event coverage.
  • Write program rundowns, transitions, and punchy lines that fit the brand's tone.
  • Draft social media captions, video descriptions, and copy for event highlight content.
  • Research & Preparation
  • Conduct research on event details, artists, performers, VIPs, and featured content.
  • Prepare briefing notes for hosts, production teams, and talent.
  • Ensure accuracy of information used during livestreams and coverage.
  • Identify trending topics, fun facts, and audience hooks to integrate into scripts.

Production Support

  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and hosts to align scripts with creative direction.
  • Assist in developing game mechanics, trivia questions, or interactive audience prompts.
  • Adjust scripts in real-time during rehearsals or live productions as needed.

Documentation & Archiving

  • Maintain organized script libraries and research files for past and future reference.
  • Summarize event coverage into key talking points for highlight reels or recaps.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Filipino (Taglish fluency is a plus).
  • Experience in scriptwriting, journalism, creative writing, or content production.
  • Good research and fact-checking skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of livestreaming dynamics, event hosting, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to suit formal events, entertainment shows, or brand activations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience writing for TV, radio, digital shows, or live events.
  • Knowledge of pop culture, entertainment, and social media trends.
  • Familiarity with livestream program flows and event rundowns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
