Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Strategist for our marketing agency who connects strategy, content, and analytics to deliver strong inbound marketing campaigns. You will be the person who brings clarity, structure, and focus to our team of specialists so that every campaign tells a consistent story and drives measurable results.
Before a campaign launches, you will help align everyone around the plan. During execution, you will keep the strategy on track, review and contribute to content, and make sure all assets work together to attract and convert the right audience. After campaigns, you will review performance data, run quality checks, and share insights that guide improvements.
This is a hands-on role. You will help craft marketing copy yourself – from ad headlines and landing page messaging to occasional long-form content – while coordinating with your peers to bring the full campaign to life. It is ideal for someone who understands how B2B inbound marketing and demand generation work together and enjoys being both a thinker and a doer.
Your Impact & What You'll Do:
You will be the strategic owner of the campaign lifecycle, ensuring that brilliant ideas become brilliant outcomes.
- Lead campaign planning sessions with writers, paid media, and operations specialists to align on goals, target audiences, and key messages
- Translate client objectives into clear action plans, timelines, and content calendars
- Write and edit copy for marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and short-form content, ensuring consistency with campaign strategy
- Review longer-form content when needed to ensure tone, clarity, and alignment with buyer journey stages
- Coordinate across the team to keep projects on track and ensure deliverables connect to the overall marketing plan
- Support inbound and demand generation programs including content distribution, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization
- Pull data from HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to summarize campaign performance and identify insights
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and recommend next steps for improving results
- Stay informed about trends in B2B content marketing, inbound strategy, and demand generation
We're looking for a seasoned expert who is passionate about the art and science of content marketing. You'll thrive here because:
- You're a Seasoned B2B Campaign Pro: 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, inbound marketing, or campaign management, preferably with international or agency clients
- You See the Entire Funnel: Strong understanding of how content, paid media, and automation work together in a lead generation funnel
- You're a Natural Storyteller & Editor: Proven ability to write or edit marketing copy that converts, with samples of ads, landing pages, or campaign content. Experience creating campaign briefs, content calendars, or multi-channel marketing plans
- You're Fluent in the Marketer's Toolkit: Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to guide team discussions and maintain project alignment
- You're Driven by Data: Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand what drives engagement and conversions
