The Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that strengthen the organization's brand presence, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. This role involves managing content creation, overseeing campaigns, and coordinating both internal and external communication initiatives.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Manage both online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Coordinate product launches, brand awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence throughout the organization.
- Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies to enhance the company's image.
- Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to create engaging materials.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms, including email, social media, blogs, and landing pages.
- Lead the execution of both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure cohesive messaging across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Apply SEO and SEM best practices to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize and manage events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Handle crisis communication, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and communication efforts.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and marketing software (e.g., Canva).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
