Job Description
The Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand presence, engage target audiences, and achieve business objectives. The role includes content creation, campaign management, and overseeing both internal and external communication initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Coordinate product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements to strengthen the organization's image.
Content Creation
- Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely content publication.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers.
- Adapt content for various channels (e.g., email, social media, blogs, landing pages)
Digital & Social Media
- Lead execution of paid and organic digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging across social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Utilize SEO and SEM best practices to boost content visibility.
Communications
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and public relations materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize and manage events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and marketing software (e.g., Canva)
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
