Job Description

The Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen the organization's brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role covers end-to-end marketing management—from strategy development and content creation to campaign execution and performance analysis—ensuring alignment across all communication channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
  • Manage both online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Coordinate product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines organization-wide.
  • Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies to strengthen brand equity.

Content Creation

  • Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of marketing content.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to develop creative assets.
  • Adapt and optimize content for various digital platforms, including email, social media, blogs, and websites.

Digital & Social Media

  • Lead both paid and organic digital campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Apply SEO and SEM best practices to enhance online visibility and audience reach.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and public relations materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Organize events, press conferences, and promotional activities to amplify brand exposure.
  • Handle crisis communications effectively, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across all platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven insights for strategic improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing ROI through optimization and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
