Job Summary:

The Network Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and operational efficiency of the restaurant's branch network. This role focuses on field-based activities such as site evaluation, coordination with branches, partner sourcing, and operational support to ensure smooth restaurant expansion and consistent standards across locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or any related course

  • Willing to perform 80% field work, including branch visits, site inspections, and coordination with partners

Experience in restaurant operations, food service, retail, or multi-branch businesses is an advantage

  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple site-related tasks

  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills

  • Willing to travel and work on-site as needed

  • Full-time employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential restaurant locations

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new sites for restaurant expansion

  • Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, and internal teams for branch requirements

  • Support restaurant operations by monitoring compliance with company standards

  • Assist in opening new branches and improving existing network performance

  • Prepare field reports, site assessments, and operational updates

  • Help maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
