Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Brief Description:

The SG DMCP Migration Network Specialist is responsible for migration operations and updating of trackers and leads for broadband, data, and mobile, and supports wireline and wireless subs for migration.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Tracking, monitoring, and updating of migration operations tracker
  2. Data cleansing and consolidation of leads month on month (live base, WO, OWFM report)
  3. Follow up and provide updates for and from sales
  4. Assist migration program leads (Express Migrate, BAU, Ozric, Eurus, Regional endorsement)
  5. Migration support in monitoring and coordination with internal teams
  6. All migration concerns escalate to Product Migration for resolution

Job Qualifications:

Academic or trade qualifications

● With at least 4 years college course

● Preferably with an academic background in Electronics Engineering or Business Marketing/Management

● Preferably from the industry of Telecommunications

Work experience and skills

● Familiarization in 2G, 3G, LTE, Broadband, and Data Technologies is a plus

● Familiarization of the internal nominations process and business casing is an edge

● Preferably with project management and operations management experience

● With amiable personality, good communication, analytical, and problem solving skills, and able to deal with different personalities he/she encounters

● Ability to work independently, with initiative, and determined to get desired results
