Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and follow up on pending matters.
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation in the system.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in account setup or service activation.
  • Handle client communications through phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in customer service or client relations is an advantage.
