  • Develop and execute overall sales strategy across Routing, B2B, and B2C channels.
  • Lead the sales team in meeting sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Manage pricing strategy, discount schemes, and channel development.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance for demand planning and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Develop and manage large accounts (supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, food processors).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Ensure high service levels to institutional customers.
  • Expand key account portfolio and increase share of wallet.
  • Coordinate with logistics for delivery reliability.
  • Oversee direct-to-consumer sales through egg shops, kiosks, and e-commerce.
  • Develop retail pricing and promo strategies.
  • Manage store supervisors and e-commerce teams.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop consumer campaigns.
