Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer specializing in Corporate Travel to support our international travel operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on GDS experience and a strong background in facilitating onboarding and upskilling programs for travel professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a Corporate Travel account

Hands-on experience with at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus or Sabre)

Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and on-site settings

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficient in creating training decks, manuals, and performance reports

Strong analytical ability to measure training impact and recommend improvements

Conflict management skills and ability to provide constructive coaching/feedback

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead training initiatives for international ticketing, group bookings, and email support
  • Conduct onboarding and upskill sessions for L2 – Complex itinerary-trained associates
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and close skills gaps
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documents
  • Monitor learning progress through assessments, performance trends, and feedback
  • Facilitate refreshers and process updates based on client/business requirements

Experience as a Process Trainer in a Corporate Travel Account is REQUIRED.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
