Career Opportunity: Japanese Speaking Trainer

The Japanese Speaking Trainer is responsible for designing lessons, preparing learning materials, assessing learner progress, and ensuring successful development of Japanese communication, cultural competency, or process-related skills, depending on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, Communication, or related field (preferred but not required depending on industry).
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred; N3 acceptable for certain roles).
  • Experience in teaching Japanese or conducting training sessions (corporate, academic, or online).
  • Strong command of English for bilingual communication.
  • Knowledge of Japanese culture, work etiquette, and business communication.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse learners and adapt training approaches.
