The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end supply chain management of five international FMCG brands, from importation, compliance, coordination to retail channel fulfillment (across MT, GT, and DTC channels). This role leads the flow of goods from global principal to the Philippine market, ensuring supply efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time availability.

The Supply Chain Manager oversees the Demand, Supply & Inventory and Warehouse operations, ensuring alignment across forecasting, stock movement, and physical handling. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in both operational execution and supply strategy.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Importation & Regulatory Management

  • Oversee import documentation, FDA/BOC compliance, and customs clearance in coordination with logistics partners and brokers.
  • Align with global principals to monitor shipments, ensure correct HS codes, product registrations, and delivery schedules.

Distributor Coordination

  • Serve as the key supply chain contact for the official local distributor.
  • Oversee purchase order processing, inbound and outbound schedules, and inventory visibility.
  • Ensure distributor SLAs are met for stock turnover, expiry management, and replenishment performance.

Retail Channel Fulfillment (Modern Trade, General Trade, E-Commerce)

  • Ensure product availability across all trade channels, aligning with commercial plans.
  • Monitor sell-through, product listings, and replenishment across key retail partners.

Leadership of Demand & Inventory Planning

  • Supervise the Demand & Inventory Planner in consolidating forecasts from sales, marketing, and brand teams.
  • Align supply plans with business goals, target fill rates, and inventory health metrics (e.g., days of cover, obsolescence).
  • Approve purchase volumes, buffer strategies, and inventory thresholds.

Warehouse Oversight

  • Manage overall warehouse performance including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory integrity.
  • Ensure proper SOPs for stock handling, batch tracking, FIFO, and stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, cycle time, shrinkage, etc.) in collaboration with the Warehouse Lead.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Continuously improve processes across the supply chain to reduce cost, shorten lead times, and prevent stockouts.
  • Ensure full compliance with trade, regulatory, and operational standards across all supply points.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Trade, Sales, Regulatory, and Brand teams to support new launches, stock allocation, and S&OP alignment.
  • Participate in business planning sessions and lead monthly supply chain reviews.

Reporting & Decision Support

  • Lead creation of dashboards and reports covering inbound status, inventory KPIs, order fill rates, and warehouse performance.

Provide timely insights and recommendations to leadership on supply risks or improvements.
