Job Description:

  • Work with market partners to realize the vision of Salesforce as a Platform in Asia. He/she will be responsible for managing Salesforce Platform Core solutions as a product in Asia - ensuring timely delivery of support, customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. He/she will be working directly with design and development teams, with the goal of driving highly visible Salesforce initiatives across Asian Markets, including support for all kinds of integrations with Salesforce

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud from a product/user perspective, Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile WoW, preferably knowledgeable in SAFe practices
  • Practical understanding of all phases of SDLC with proven experience in successfully executing assignments of requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, testing and deployment of software systems
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies
  • Strong leadership skills, prior experience in leading teams and initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
