We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting Senior Accountant / Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and treasury management. This position will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and providing financial insights for business decisions.

Senior Accountant
  • Handle daily accounting operations, general ledger management, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform cost and expense accounting, ensuring accuracy of financial data.
  • Maintain completeness and compliance of vouchers, ledgers, and reports.
  • Manage tax filings and handle tax audit inquiries in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documents and explanations.
  • Support internal control and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Manager
  • Develop and monitor financial policies and internal control processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee cash flow management to ensure financial stability and investment efficiency.
  • Analyze business financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, and external/internal audit activities, establishing risk prevention mechanisms.
  • Manage, mentor, and train the finance team to improve professional capabilities and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of PFRS and local tax regulations.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Experience Requirements
  • Senior Accountant: Minimum 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience; background in multinational companies or large enterprises preferred.
  • Manager: Minimum 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role; proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
