We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial efficiency, transparency, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Cash Flow Management Monitor daily cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure sufficient funding for operational and strategic needs.

Financial Analysis

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Strategic Financial Planning

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CMA qualification is a plus).

· Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).

· Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
