Responsibilities/Job Description:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online channels, social media, and networking; gather and maintain accurate data in the internal database.
  • Contact, qualify, and communicate with leads through calls, emails, and other methods.
  • Negotiate with potential suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements.
  • Prepare price analyses for product offers and maintain an updated supplier prospect database.
  • Meet daily/monthly quotas, collaborate with the team, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities and assigned tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Open to any bachelor's degree; fresh graduates welcome, with good English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of supply chain or Japanese language is a plus.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, manage time well, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates analytical and creative thinking, and performs well under pressure.
  • Values teamwork, diversity, and integrity.
