About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position with a competitive signing bonus of 15,000 PHP. As a Call Center Agent, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements

  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
