Sales Engineer – Chemicals Division

Role Overview:

As a Sales Engineer, you'll spearhead new client acquisition and nurture existing accounts. Your technical insight and service mindset will enable superior problem-solving for manufacturing and industrial clients in need of chemical solutions. You'll provide technical support after sales, respond to inquiries, support preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and present tailored chemical solutions for manufacturing/industrial prospects


• Plan, execute, and close strategic sales deals aligned with customer needs


• Deliver presentations, demos, and training to showcase product value


• Gather competitive intelligence and identify market opportunities


• Provide after-sales support: installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration


• Promote Ultra Power's full range of chemical products and solutions


• Build and strengthen client relationships to drive customer loyalty


• Stay abreast of technical developments and industry trends

Requirements and Skills:


• Minimum 2 years' experience selling chemicals to manufacturing/industrial clients


• Proven track record with complex solution selling and B2B negotiations


• Technical knowledge in chemicals, manufacturing processes, and applications


• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences


• Strong client relationship and account management skills


• Effective communication and presentation skills


• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related science field


• Willingness to travel within the Philippines
