Duties and Reponsibilities :

  • Plans and achieve Sales Department's long term/short term goals.
  • Ensure sales team achieve their monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas and targets.
  • Manages and guides the System Sales Team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
  • Goes on field to present to clients, specifiers, firms.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Preparing and monitoring the sales department budget and approving expenditures.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Coordinates with existing and new potential suppliers.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Reviews and approves the TPC request of Sales Associate.
  • Nurtures relationships with specifiers and clients.
  • Prepares Sales Report on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assists in expanding and growing of the business.
  • Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
  • Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
  • At least 7 years of experience as Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Good in decision making ,planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent selling skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and coordination skills
  • Good in numerical skills, attention to details
  • Good networking skills, customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Team Player ,Hardworking, trustworthy, flexible, proactive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
