Administration Analyst/Specialist

The Administration Analyst/Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of office facilities, managing company assets, and providing essential administrative and logistical support.

Responsibilities

  • Handles needed permits and other requirements related to office facilities and/or building.
  • Monitors water and electric consumption.
  • Responsible in purchasing and monitoring of office supplies.
  • Assists in the inventory of office furniture and workspace.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to and initiating inquiries, and directing individuals to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Monitors company vehicles' periodic maintenance service (PMS), registration, insurance and other requirements needed and ensures timely compliance in all requirements.
  • Coordinates with manpower agency regarding concerns on manpower requirements and ONEPH temporary staff.
  • Schedules and tracks utility personnel, messenger activities and courier to support the operations and other departments' requirements.
  • Communicates any concerns and decisions regarding manpower assigned in ONEPH.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related course.
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years of related experience.
  • Background in shipping/logistics is an advantage.
  • Must have good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Can start immediately.
