Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee feedback, concerns, and well-being initiatives
  • Design and implement engagement programs (surveys, events, recognition systems) and lead onboarding/offboarding experiences
  • Drive performance reviews, career development, and feedback processes to support continuous growth
  • Identify and address trends in morale, retention, and team dynamics, recommending solutions to leadership
  • Align people strategy with business goals, while strengthening collaboration and communication across teams
  • Track engagement data, report on key outcomes, and ensure programs scale with business growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
    in employee engagement, HR, organizational development, or a related field
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience designing and scaling people programs that improve culture and retention
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive topics
  • Familiarity with org design, employee life cycle, and culture-building best practices
  • Passion for employee experience and creating inclusive workplaces
  • Experience in global companies (preferred)
