Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Head, located in Cebu. The Territory Sales Head will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and leading a team of sales professionals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Proven Team Management abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and drive team performance
