About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full-time Financial Analysis & Budgeting. Responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and budgeting support to the business. Working from office in Cubao Quezon City Metro Manila, you will play a key part in optimizing the company's financial performance and driving informed decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare detailed financial analysis and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  2. Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models
  3. Monitor financial KPIs and variances, identifying risks and opportunities
  4. Provide insightful financial reporting and recommendations to the leadership team
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and streamline financial processes
  6. Support ad-hoc financial projects and special initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis or business partnering role
  3. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills to present complex financial information
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  6. Experience in the Accounting and Management Accounting & Budgeting industry is preferred
