Responsibilities:
- Invoice and billing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
- Client account management: Send account statements, maintain accurate records of client transactions, and keep track of balances.
- Payment processing: Receive, sort, and track incoming payments, and issue receipts.
- Discrepancy resolution: Reconcile invoice discrepancies, resolve client billing issues, and validate payments.
- Reporting and analysis: Assist the finance team with preparing financial reports on receivables and invoicing.
- Communication: Handle billing inquiries from clients and communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all invoicing and payment activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
