The Data Analyst supports sales and finance teams by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data. This role helps ensure accurate sales performance tracking, efficient data management, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales and financial data.
  • Support sales forecasting, planning, and target setting.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and distributor/dealer activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the FOL/TECNO system.
  • Validate dealer policies and assist in processing dealer claims.
  • Track and monitor purchase orders from distributors and direct dealers.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide data analysis for the Retail Department.
  • Assist with finance tasks such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Expense Management as needed.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to support business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic data/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Amenable to work onsite, five (5) days a week at the Cubao office.
