We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program. Your main focus will be recruiting creators who align with our beauty brand; Tress Wellness, guiding them through the affiliate process, and collaborating with them to generate 350–500 videos per month. You'll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and making Tress a top seller on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators for our affiliate program

  • Manage outreach across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, affiliate tools, email, etc.)

  • Build and maintain relationships with creators—ensuring timely content creation and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with creators on content briefs, messaging, and usage rights

  • Track video output, sales impact, and optimize for growth

  • Provide weekly performance reporting and insights

  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, affiliate campaigns, and beauty/lifestyle niches

What Success Looks Like:

  • 350–500 TikTok videos per month from vetted creators

  • Regular sales driven through affiliate links and TikTok Shop

  • Scalable creator pipeline and long-term affiliate relationships
