Job Description

  • Identify and recruit relevant influencers (micro to macro) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with content creators and influencer agencies.

  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns from concept to launch.

  • Track and manage content timelines, product seeding, and campaign deliverables.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging.

  • Stay current with fashion trends, social media movements, and competitor strategies.

  • Support seasonal launches, brand events, and collaborations by leveraging influencer partnerships.

  • Support the marketing team with other projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.

  • No work experience required.

  • Passion for fashion and digital culture.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and trends.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Easily adjusts to new situations, processes, or responsibilities.

  • Demonstrates a willingness to acquire new skills or knowledge to overcome obstacles.Actively seeks out opportunities to improve or challenge themselves
