Job Description:

Universal Music Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Services team based in Manila.

This role will support the development and execution of influencer strategies that amplify releases, drive fan engagement and build cultural relevance across social media platforms.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support artist releases, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and fan communities aligned with UMG artists and campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: scouting, project briefing, creator coordination, approvals, contract negotiation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling across all channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, content quality, and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in managing influencer databases, outreach, content calendars, and post-campaign analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital campaigns preferably in music, entertainment, or youth culture brands.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across various social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer databases, outreach, content calendars, and post-campaign analytics.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Deep interest in music, pop culture, and social trends.
