Influencer & Partnerships Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage brand partnerships to grow awareness and engagement.
  • Lead GWP (Gift With Purchase) campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
  • Secure sponsorships and on-ground activations that boost brand visibility.
  • Grow strategic partnerships with schools, clinics, hospitals (for baby brands), and hotels, resorts, cafes, and events (for sun care).
  • Manage influencer campaigns—from sourcing and briefing to tracking results.
  • Maintain and grow our PR influencer list.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies for smooth execution.
  • Complete all admin tasks (SRF, RFP, MBF, liquidation, etc.) on time.
  • Lead at least one special brand project per quarter.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years prior experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or brand activations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Can manage multiple projects and work well with different teams.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a bonus.
  • Willing to work Hybrid set-up in Ortigas/QC.
