Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating tenders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor project schedules.
  • Provide support to senior quantity surveyors and managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer. ** Fresh board passers are welcome to apply. **
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel and knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Familiarity with estimating software. (Training will be provided.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
