Job Description

The Transition Center Admin (TCA) will oversee operational readiness, stabilization, and integration of new NephroPlus dialysis centers in the Philippines, either newly established or acquired. The TCA will be responsible for aligning center operations with NephroPlus standards within a defined timeline, ensuring compliance, patient satisfaction, and administrative efficiency.

The role involves managing people, processes, and systems to support the seamless transition and full integration of the center into NephroPlus' operational, clinical, and administrative framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations during the transition phase of newly acquired or set-up dialysis centers.
  • Lead daily administrative tasks: staff attendance, leave/OT tracking, grievance handling, scheduling, billing, and petty cash management.
  • Supervise guest (patient) scheduling, documentation, and service excellence.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and monitor consumables usage and purchase of office/clinic items.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Clinical, HR, Quality, and IT teams for seamless onboarding and setup.
  • Ensure timely transmittal of PhilHealth agreement forms and cash deposit processes.
  • Train and guide new admin teams, including temporary support to centers post-transition (up to 3 months).
  • Familiarize new admins with NephroPlus systems such as Babylon, SpendX, APX, Amoga, and on processes of reliever and POD payments.
  • Ensure full implementation of NephroPlus SOPs within 45 days of turnover.
  • Conduct compliance checks and verify readiness for audits (DOH, PhilHealth, and internal).
  • Assist in capex and opex requirement coordination and documentation during handover.
  • Ensure POCs from each department are introduced to the center team for smoother escalation of concerns.
  • Manage center records, licenses, contracts, and guest-related documents per company policy.
  • Perform physical stock verification and system reconciliation.
  • Maintain high levels of patient care and guest satisfaction during the critical transition phase.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1year of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in dialysis
  • Experience handling center operations for at least 6 months in NephroPlus or a similar setting
  • Strong communication (English and Tagalog), organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge in Google Workspace is a plus)
  • Analytical, self-driven, and process-oriented

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate within the Philippines for 30-90 days during center setup/transition
  • Willing to work flexible hours and manage remote or multi-location coordination
  • Familiarity with DOH, PhilHealth, and other local regulatory frameworks is an advantage
