What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Manage patient flow: appointments, inquiries, and check-ins.
  • Handle admin tasks such as calls, records, payments, and scheduling.
  • Keep the reception area polished—like the concierge desk of a luxury hotel.
  • Support our doctors and team to ensure every patient experience runs seamlessly.

Who You Are

  • A people person—naturally warm, approachable, and service-driven.
  • Fluent in English (we serve a premium and diverse market).
  • Organized and efficient; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional in appearance: polished, neat, and confident in presentation.
  • A problem-solver under pressure who enjoys being part of a dynamic team.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or customer service is a plus.

Work Schedule

  • Location: Greenbelt 5, Makati (mall-based clinic).
  • 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break).
  • 5 days a week, aligned with mall operating hours.
