Sr. HR and Admin Officer

The Senior HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for leading and supporting key HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the overall people strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in line with labor laws and internal policies.
- Foster a positive and respectful workplace environment.
3. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and organizational goals.
- Develop and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent development efforts.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Coordinate surveys, team-building activities, recognition programs, and other engagement events.
- Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements to leadership.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee 201 files.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and Assist Business Permit Renewals
- Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as requested by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to all listed focus areas.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
