Scope of Work;

  • Build a strong sales pipeline, craft winning strategies, and close deals in IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, and managed services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening partnerships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Solutions Architects, and Recruitment teams to create tailored client solutions, while negotiating win-win agreements.
  • Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve targets, expand accounts, and deliver results.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and share insights to shape future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5–7 years in IT sales, outsourcing, or managed services with solid results.
  • Solid network of IT decision-makers in banking, fintech, or enterprise industries is an advantage.
  • Skilled negotiator, storyteller, and experienced in leading high-performing teams.
  • Proactive, driven, and able to thrive both independently and with a team.
