  • Station Setup & Prep: Sets up, stocks, and organizes assigned stations (grill, sauté, fry, etc.) with necessary, prepped, and chopped ingredients before service.
  • Cooking & Plating:

Cooks menu items to order using various methods (grilling, frying, baking) according to recipes, portion sizes, and plating specifications provided by the executive chef.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintains a clean and organized work area, following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (e.g., proper food storage, temperature checks, and sanitation practices).
- Inventory Control: Monitors food stock levels, reports shortages, and assists with inventory counts.
- Collaboration: Works efficiently with other line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality food delivery during fast-paced service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and knife handling techniques.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in high-temperature environments, and can do lifting

  • Communication & Speed: Strong communication skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
