As a Research and Development Senior at CPEFOODS PHILS INC.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's innovation and product development efforts within the food technology and safety industry. What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct comprehensive research and development to create new and improved food products that meet customer and market demands
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine recipes and formulations
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards
  4. Analyse market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product innovation
  5. Document and maintain detailed records of research findings, product development, and testing processes
  6. Support the commercialisation of new products by providing technical guidance and expertise
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in food technology and safety

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a research and development role within the food industry
  2. Degree in food science, food technology, or a related field
  3. Strong technical knowledge of food science, nutrition, and food processing technologies
  4. Expertise in designing and conducting experiments, analysing data, and interpreting results
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
